Will Worsdell

Will is an innovative and creative Executive Coach, Adviser, and Strategy Consultant who works with Founders, innovation-focused Senior Executives, and their Leadership Teams, to achieve sustainable growth.

A former member of the Leadership team of FTSE-listed ITV and exited startup founder, Will has worked in companies big and small, local and global, through rough and smooth times of change, which provides broad and deep context for his work and understanding of his Clients’ businesses.

He has experience across a wide range of sectors including household names such as Channel 4, Apple, Pinterest, Spotify, Google, Amazon, P&G, Virgin, Reebok and Audi.

Will is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the Marketing Advisory Board for Missing People, and proud to be a Trustee of A New Direction and Ideas Foundation.

Driven by a belief that everybody has the answer within them, his purpose is to help people grow and reach a potential beyond what they perceive is possible. He brings a positive, creative and entrepreneurial spirit to all his engagements.
