His areas of coaching focus include creating high-performing teams, managing conflict, personal and professional transitions, navigating change, entrepreneurialism in corporate systems, and achieving balance in executive life.
Will supports his Clients to approach challenges from multiple perspectives; including the perspective of time, people, and place. He loves helping people get un-stuck.
Initial coaching relationships feature 6x90 minute sessions which allow for significant progress and change to be made. The programme is bespoke to the individual but will always start with a thorough understanding of the coachee's situation and a perspective audit.

Will is an accredited practitioner of the leadership team profiling tool PROPHET approved by the British Psychological Society.
Using PROPHET alongside focused coaching and workshops helps senior leaders and teams deepen their understanding of themselves, and each other, enabling them to drive greater alignment, communication and decision making.

This is not typical M&A Growth Advisory, this is about working closely with leadership teams to facilitate sustainable, holistic, balanced growth. It's ensuring that the business stays in service of the founder's vision as opposed to the other way around.
Using an empowering coaching approach and the context of Will's experience (Agency and Client side, Start-Up Founder and Corporate), to support strategic planning, clarity of proposition, growth, and culture.
Advisory services are bespoke and co-created with the Client but offered at three broad levels of perspective and investment:
Satellite- lighter touch; half day per month, workshop based advice and quick-decision progress.
Helicopter- mid-level involvement; 2x half day or 1x full day working sessions per month and one individual or team coaching session.
Street - highest involvement; two full days per month, unlimited phone/e-mail check-ins, multiple individual/team coaching sessions.
